Here you can ask for the intercession of the Saints and also for prayers from readers of this page. No matter how trivial or how desperate our needs may be, God always hears our prayers.

I urge all readers to say a prayer for the needs of those who post their petitions here. This is the Church truly in action.

THANKS ST JUDE FOR PRAYERS ANSWERED

For St. Jude novena see Various Devotions page.

I was contacted by a visitor to this site and requested to include a prayer for the Holy Souls in purgatory. They need our prayers and all too often they are forgotten in our daily prayers. Please say this prayer every day.

Prayer for the poor Souls in purgatory

O Lord God Almighty, we beseech Thee, by the Precious Blood of Thy divine Son Jesus that was shed in His bitter crowning with thorns, deliver the souls in purgatory, and amongst them all, that soul in particular which is in the most gravest need of our prayers, so that it may not tarry long in praising Thee in Thy glory and blessing Thee for eternity.

Our Father, Hail, Mary,
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.
